Hello, I just wanted to say that I’m so glad I called Raising the Bar Carpet Care! Both my husband and I thought we would have to replace the carpet in our family room, we even had estimates of how much it would cost. We NEEDED another option, we finally called Clint at Raising the Bar to come see if it could be salvaged, he came in,

Inspected it and was very honest, not guaranteeing that all the spots would come out but he was sure that he could make it look better than it did. Wow, what a difference, I couldn’t believe he pulled it off but it looks great! Now, I can’t even believe we were considering replacing it!

I own Pets Frolic Inn which is an animal boarding kennel and doggie daycare. When Cathy contacted me to say that her company is specializing in pet stains and odor removal, I had to try it for myself. They cleaned the carpets at the house located at Pets Frolic Inn and at my home in Discovery Bay (5 kids and many dogs, birds, etc made my light colored carpet a disaster). Before I had the carpets cleaned, I was almost embarrassed to entertain because my rugs had been so abused by my kids/dogs/birds, but the result was amazing. They really took their time and it has been several weeks now and the carpets look as good now as they did the day they finished. I was very impressed when I saw my carpet being cleaned and shocked to see the original color again. Some of the darkest stains were completely gone. It looked almost like new! When I walked on the carpet, it felt fluffy and soft. I am very pleased with the results and satisfied with how well my carpet has kept up since the cleaning. I highly recommend Raising the Bar Carpet Care to all my friends and neighbors for the exceptional quality and affordability.

I just want to say thank you again for the great job on my carpets. Not only did Clint take time and care when coming into my home. He made sure to listen to all my concerns. Specifically I have an older dog who had a accident in our baby's room. He took extra time and care to clean the space and even offered to come back and go over it again if necessary. However the first time was a charm. I could not see or smell anything. With other carpet companies it seems once they clean the dirt resurfaces but not so with "Raising the Bar" My carpets are like new again. I have recommended them to all my friends and family.

I want to say thank you to Clint and Cathy Woods, owners of Raising The Bar Carpet Care, for the fantastic job they have done with my carpets. I have two small boys and a puppy so needless to say my carpets were a mess. Clint and Cathy came to my home and explained the job that needed to be done and left me with a free written estimate. We scheduled a date for service and they arrived ahead of schedule which is a huge plus with me. They even vacuum the carpets prior to cleaning them. I live in a house with carpets that are about 13 years old. I could not believe my eyes when I came home to carpet that looked brand new. We have light carpet that shows many stains that have been there for years that I did not think anyone could get out but Raising the Bar carpet care did just that. The carpet smelled and looked like new. I was extremely pleased with Clint and Cathy's work ethic, their service and the end result, clean carpets. What a wonderful experience it was to have Clint and Cathy with "Raising the Bar Carpet Care" come into our home. They were personable and professional from start to finish. The care and respect they showed for our home was five star- as opposed to previous cleaning services we've used who marred doorjambs and provided mediocre cleaning. They were easily able to remove a bad stain that had been cleaned several times before by other carpet services. They clearly explain their recommendations and services and spend time tending to the little things which is reflected in the impeccable service they provide. They certainly are 'raising the bar'!
